Replacement of porcelain tiles in a large kitchen of an old Victorian School House. This was a bit of a voyage of discovery, not knowing what lay under the existing tiles. Estwall quoted for the job knowing that it could be problematic and accepted that there would be some remedial work and floor preparation. Didn't take long to lift the existing tiles but clearing and making good what lay beneath took rather longer than expected. Tiling then followed and this was where Warren's skills and experience excelled to lay natural stone tiles exactly as we had imagined giving us a contemporary look but fully in keeping with a character property. Although the job took longer than expected, as a result of the additional floor preparation for tiling, Warren arrived on time, worked to the revised schedule, and at the end of the works, cleaned and cleared everything. Overall, very satisfied with all the work completed and happy to recommend Estwall services.
